Reports Suggest Samsung to Launch Galaxy Z Fold6/Flip6 Foldable New Models in July

Samsung is expected to launch its new series of foldable smartphones earlier this year than last.

Sources claim that Samsung plans to start the production of components for the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 in early May. This is 2 to 3 weeks earlier than the Galaxy Z Fold5/Flip5 series, which began its component production at the end of May last year.

The Galaxy Z Fold5/Flip5 series was released on August 11 last year. Given the change in the production schedule, its successors, the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Flip6, are likely to be launched in July.

Meanwhile, a more affordable model of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 is also expected to be released two to three months later, around September to October, coinciding with the launch of the Apple iPhone 16 series.

The design of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 is thinner than the Fold5, and the affordable model of the Fold6 is expected to be even thinner. However, the budget-friendly version of the Fold6 will not support the S Pen stylus.
